Rear Disc Brakes

Looking to see if anyone knows anything about '99 tahoes have rear disc brakes (5 lug 2wd). Any info would be great. Looking to change to rear disc for my '98.

Welcome to the forum.

Is ur question, can u add '99 disc brakes to a '98?

Yes, that is my question, is it possible?

I did it on my 86 K5 Blazer. I had to use 1976-78 Cadillac Eldorado rear calipers though to retain the E-Brake. That is your biggest problem. If you do not care about the E Brake, you can just search around to what calipers will fit on your tahoe.

Good Luck
