Squeaking Rear Window (2005)...

2005 Tahoe, rear window is squeaking. Can't tell if its the latch or the shocks...any ideas for cheap fixes?

inspect your hinges on the flip-up glass!

See my related post for more info. Mine ('04 Tahoe) was squeaking when opening either the glass or the hatch for a couple of months before the hinge snapped. The hinge is molded into the plastic surrounding the glass and is apparently not up to the stresses.
