Is there a way to adjust the screens
When I use the HDMI the video does not fill the entire screen. But it does when playing a DVD’s

You need to use the settings menu of the device you're connecting and adjust for "Overscan" or "TV Size" Not all output devices will have the setting. (I use a connected Nintendo switch which has the option).
