2005 Chevy trailblazer LS P0300 code
 

Yesterday I left my house and my car was ok until I went over a hump she began to lose power and began missing. I changed all spark plugs number 2 and 5 had oil on them all the rest seemed to be firing good. I also cleaned the throttle body and I still have the misfire code. What else do I have to check thanks.
