2006 TB with multiple codes

My 2006 Trailblazer started acting up today and the check engine light came on and it began running rough. I checked the codes and several came up (P0014,P0017,P0106,P0300). I have been meaning to change the spark plugs and run some Seafoam through it but haven't done it yet. The oil change is pretty fresh so I was going to wait until it got close to needing a change before doing the Seafoam in the oil. With all of this going now I was wondering what experiences people have had using Seafoam in the Trailblazers and if the I should try that and do the spark plugs and see if this would take care of it? I find it hard to believe all of this could happen in a single day (but I suppose it is possible). The truck only has 102-103K on it. Any input would be great!--Thanks!

multiple codes

My fiancé's 2007 trailblazer had a P0171 and P0300 code. I am a dyno tech at GM. I'm relatively good with diagnostics. I tried everything I could think of for a lean fuel and misfire code. She actually found a video on youtube, which stated he found the intake manifold bolts were loose. When I got home from work, I checked the intake manifold bolts and yes, they were loose. Tightened the bolts, codes are gone and it runs great!
