most of the time...this style does not require adjustment for replacement of the rotors and service brake pads. if the ebrake travel is normal ...appox 4-6 clicks of the pedal and holds the vehicle, the rotor can be slide off...I would leave it. If the ebrake pedal travel is to much....adjust the shoe to rotor clearance on both sides first. install the rotor and apply the park brake several times to center the shoes. if the clearance is still to far...then adjust the cable.
if the ebrake shoes are being replaced...the set up of the new shoe clearance should be 0.020" total or 0.010" between each shoe and hat of the drum.
