Trailblazer Pulsating When I Slow Down Using Brakes

Hi there. I have an '04 Trailblazer LS with 175k miles. I know the obvious solution to my car pulsating as I press the brakes is warped rotors, and it might still be. But I've replaced the front pads, plus the rear pads and rotors, and the problem still exists. I do NOT feel it in the steering wheel, nor do I feel it in the brake pedal. It's just the whole body of the car does it when I slow down, and it's quite noticeable when I slowly slow down (like coming to a stoplight). Is this still just a classic case of needing new pads and rotors, or is there somewhere else I should be looking?

Did you inspect the front rotors? Could be a tire bulge too.

Jack up the vehicle and just look for irregularities.

I haven't checked the front rotors. I just assumed since I didn't feel the vibration in the steering wheel that they may be safe. And I literally only feel the pulsing when I'm slowing down, pressing on the brake pedal (just no pulsing in the pedal), so that's what kept me from thinking tire bulge. But who knows at this point. Jacking it up and looking might just have to be my next option.

Some types of steering are better at masking vibrations than others.
