Unknow sounds
 

My 2005 has odd sounds. When I first start it there is a clunk. Also when I shut it off.
Doesn't idle down right away,
Engine ticks until warmed up.
When it is warm runs fine. Gets good mpg,
Using sythetic oil plugs have been changed, Some oil on 1 plug have replaced 2 coils didn't change anything.
:Live in ND very cold now,
Have had problem gradually for a year.
No longer able to do own repairs. Son helps some.

The clunk on start-up and shut down makes me think motor mounts.

Update, Replaced motor mount. Bad vibration worse in gear, idol down at stop vibration goes down. Water pump replaced 11/23. I don't know what to do. No codes,
