2016 traverse radio not working
 
2016 traverse. Radio screen will not shut off when car turns off. Causes battery saving light to display. Radio will not operate normally either. Will not connect to Bluetooth, play stations, play CDs, or allow me to switch options. Apps will not display. Backup camera was working fine. Dome lights would also not shut off. Thoughts?

I am having the exact problem. Did you find what’s wrong? I don’t want to find out its just a fuse, and pay $200
