2017 traverse

Hi I have new wheels on vehicle, balance has been done and alignment has been done. I get to about 60-70mph and front end starts shaking. Any ideas what could be wrong. Thanks,

What about when I brake I hear a rubber boot noise popping any ideas on that ??
