I have a 2021 Traverse is there any way to play videos through the USB. I tried all formats, I have tried USB2 and USB3. with the USB2 I only hear the audio but no video picture, with the USB3 does not show any content on the stick. When I access the folder they are in, I don't see anything that says video on the screen as in the older models with the mylink. Can some one please help. Thank you kindly
