Well boys and girls, it was probably a shorted out cell, or cells, in the battery, that was causing my battery charger to fluctuate. At first, I thought the battery was just dead (the battery turned out to be the original battery made in 2020). I thought it might have been the electronics in the vehicle and I didn't want to fry everything. Anyway, a new battery fixed it. I learned a lesson, tell the stinking dealership to put in a new battery whenever you buy a "Certified" used car. Keating Chevrolet (formerly Buckelew), in Conroe,Tx., told me to go buy my own battery, which I did. I learned a lesson on this one.
