I have a 2015 Traverse in need of some work. My question is what parts from a 2016 Equinox would be compatible with my vehicle? Both are AWD.

Surely you're not asking us to list every part on the vehicle.

You can actually find out yourself by looking in an online catalog (rockauto for example) and comparing part numbers.
