ECU taking its own sweet time
 

I recently reset it because of a check engine light that I fixed. Thing is, it is 4 days and well over 100 miles and quite a few of the items are still red. I have reset it before and it didn't take this long for almost all of the systems to be green.
Does my car know I am running late to have it tested and get a new state sticker or do I need to bite the bullet and wait??? /s
