How much rust is too much rust for a used 2018 Traverse I'm looking to buy?

I'm looking at purchasing a vehicle since mine was written off from a car accident (long story) and am really liking the look of the 2018 Traverse Premiere Redline Edition for sale at a local dealer. Usually I'm a Toyota 4Runner guy as I used to own a 2012, and I'd like to own one again, but they are out of my price range. I would have never sold it, but ex wife did... (long story) The Traverse is for sale for just over $32,000 with 159,000kms on it. Maintenence was done very regularly, start/stop issue taken care of, just some minor cosmetic things going on, and rides great and seems like it would be a great vehicle for our family. Here's the thing, I looked at the undercarriage and it seems like there's way more rust than there should be for a vehicle only 5 years old? Keep in mind I live in Edmonton, Alberta and we experience more rust than other places I hear. By comparison my mom's 2016 has barely any rust (mind you she only has 43,000kms put on it) What are your guys and gals experiences with rust on the undercarriage of your vehicles? Is this something I could get the dealership to fix/partly cover before buying the vehicle? I don't want to buy it and then have to spend a bunch of money right after. What are my options? I'll post some photos of the other minor things as well.

that's insane. That's almost new car price for one that's near the end of it's lifetime. These aren't durable cars. Just save up a few thousand more for a brand new one if you want this car so badly.
