misfiring

I bought a 2014 Acadia denali last April. I've had it in the shop 5 times for the same issue. The stabilitrak/traction control warning light comes on and the car is in limp mode. When the light comes on the car shakes and engine misfires. I have had it at the dealer twice. The first time I brought it to the dealer they replaced the computer and said that should work. About 3weeks later I was black up there. They kept it for a week and said the could not recreate the problem. They replaced the spark plugs and that worked for a little while. We called them a third time and the technician said I don't know what to tell you your car must be possessed.
So we took it to our local mechanic and he replaced all coil packs and that worked for about 6months. It is in the shop now for the same problem. It is very discouraging. Had anyone else had this problem?

misfiring is a pretty common symptom, but it has hundreds of different causes. A diagnostic scan and analysis of the live data is required to narrow down the cause.

Sounds like you dealership is utterly incompetent. (Not shocking. I wouldn't have gone there in the first place)
Hopefully your local mechanic knows how to diagnose properly
