Truck wont start after pumping gas!
 

I have a 2008 Traverse and this problem just started not to long ago.
Afteer i pump gas my truck wont start it sounds like it is startling but wont start. I turn it off and turn it back on and i have to push the gas pedal in order to start. I thought it was the gas so i went to BP, Mobile and nothing it is the same senerio. Has anyone had this issue before?

check engine light on?
if yes, and its an evap code, your purge solenoid may not be sealing. when refueling, this will allow fumes from the tank to be pushed into the intake and flood the engine.


you should not be able to blow through the purge solenoid...find it, disconnect the evap hose and blow.

No my light is off.

the diagnostic may have not run. I would still check the purge solenoid.
