07 uplander brakes and other problems

I bought my uplander and in less than 2 months had to replace tha brake pads and machine the 2 front rotors !! Now it was a lease return and only had 13000 miles on it but even still brand NEW brakes should last closer to 20 to 25000 miles wouldn't you think ? After I got it back it still feels spongy and doesn't feel great. I have noticed other things that makes me wonder about this 3 dressed up as a 9 van. sometimes the van hessitates when cornering and then throws youback with the tourqe. Also there are days when the van feels like a slug and the next has lots of power. The steering makes lots of noise and is going to be replaced by the dealer and now the drivercushin is indentedon one side. This is rediculas !!! I think after I get the steering done I'm gonna get rid vehicle considering it's been in the shop more times in 2 months then I ever hadwhen Iowned my Caravan. I really used to like GM products but after this experience I'm not gonna buy another one.

I have had my 07 uplander for 3 years now, and I am now hearing the annoying sound from the power steering.

Also, I do not know where the power steering fluid is suppose to go .....can you all help ?

Thanks !

"Lease Buy Back" vehicles with low mileage look to be good deals initially, but they can be a real problem. Most of the owners of these vehicle do little maintenance on the vehicle and the vehicle is hardly ever looked at by a service tech during the lease period. Owners of these vehicle care very little about abusing the vehicle. Usually the miles driven while leased are hard miles on the vehicle. I had one such vehicle and I had nothing but problems. Drove it until the bumper to bumper warranty expired and then I sold it. It is not the manufacturer of the vehicle as it is the leasing aspect.
