2007 uplander parking brake, can I just replace the springs?
 

My parking brake does not fully release. the cable is free so the problem is in the parking brake caliper. I lubed the pivot on the caliper but it appears the spring is weak. can I just replace the spring? or do I need to replace the caliper.

I recently replaced my rear calipers for the same reason.
