Fuel pump..
**updated**
My mother in law has an '06 Uplander base, that just crapped out. No drivability issues to mention. She stopped to turn a corner, made a right hand turn and continued about 40 feet and the van stalled. Trying to re start, the van will run for 2 or 3 seconds then stall again. I am not familiar with Chevrolet diagnostics. I know My '03 PT Cruiser GT will allow me to toggle the key 3 times and flash me the codes. I wasn't sure if there was a way to do this with a Chevy. Thank you all for the help, I did do a search and wasn't able to find an answer. Nate |
I think I have narrowed it down to a fuel problem. The engine did start and run, now it does not. Checked for fuel pressure and there was none. So I think we are headed in the right direction.

Glad to hear you are making progress, I am not aware of any user interface for accessing the diagnostic codes with anything other then a reader, hopefully if someone knows they will chime in...
Keep the forum posted on your progress, it what makes the forum work! |
I can not hear the fuel pump so I am going to drop the tank tomorrow. Will the fuel pump energize if I just hook the wires to +12 volts or does it receive a different "signal" from the pcm?

So my issue right now is I am unable to locate a fuel pump that I won't have to wait a week for..
