Location of turn signal relay

Hello - Newbie here. I have a 2008 Uplander. The most recent issue is that the turn signals are no longer making any sound. After doing some research I bought a relay at the dealer. They had trouble looking up the part. I have done everything short of disassemblimg the steerin column cover to find the relay without success. Looked in both fuse panels, under dash on driver's side.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

maybe you got some bad info

the diagram I have for a 08 uplander does not have turn signal relays. the bcm supplies the power for all the turn signal lights.

the sound for the turn signals comes from the radio.

Thanks. It's funny that the dealer sold me a part that doesn't exist. I was working on resetting the BCM today. I disconnected the negative battery cable for 10 minutes, then disconnected both cables and held them together. I then disconnected the negative terminal for several hours. I checked the turn signal each time but there was no sound. Interestingly the radio held its programming so I don't think the capacitors discharged. The left door speaker works, all directional bulbs worked, pretty stumped at this point.

I had the same issue. It was the Instrument Cluster that had to be replaced. I can't tell you the cost as I purchased my van as Certified Pre-Owned so it was covered under warranty.
