Rear Blower will not shut off or change speeds
 
Hi,
I have a 05 uplander and had most of the problems found in the posts. Recently my rear blower motor will only run at high speed. Unable to contro the fan/blower speed. The dealer chandes out the form control unit found ablove the counsel. This didnt work. finally they pulled the fuse and obviously blower doent work at all. Any suggestions.. looks like a rheostst issue. Anynone know where the rheostat is located, or have any suggestions on this probem.Thanks

The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
A technician may find repeat rear blower module concerns. The rear fan will work on high speed only.
Recommendation/Instructions:
Tac has found under certain cirmcumstances that the wiring under the passenger front seat (footwell area) near the door sill can become chaffed. The circuit for the auxiliary rear fan speed is routed through this area. Have technician inspect circuit 2613 (white wire) closely in this area for concerns. If the technician cannot locate a wiring concern restring circuit 2613 from the rear Blower Motor Control Module-Auxiliary (pin-3) to connector C204 (A6) located in the lower right-hand A-pillar and continue to tes
