Uplander 2005 LT, other ways to program key fob without using scan tool
Hi all!
I have a Chevy 2005 Uplander LT that I would like to program a new key fob into. I lost my old key fob and it's still programmed into the cars system, and I don't need to worry about it since my car can have up to 4 keys programmed. I don't want to pay 100$ to a dealer to program one measly little remote, so I heard there was one other way to do it by removing the BCM (Body Control Moduel) that would reset the car and put it into programming mode.

This is the link, click on transmitters on the second post and it should show how to do it. I can not find the BCM moudel in the fuse box under the hood, so does anybody know where it is?
