bad wiper
 

My 04 chevy venture wipers work for about 10 minutes then wont move a few days later they work again for a little while. I have replaced the wiper motor but its still happening

Did the circuit board get replaced as well? Could be the wiper switch, wiring, connections, etc. Get yourself a wiring diagram and a test light.
