Rocker arm adjustment on 3.4 litre 99 Venture
 

I just did the famed intake manifold gasket replacement. After starting it up everthing is great except I am getting alot of lifter noise. I am thinking I didn't go back and do the torque on the rocker arms again after letting them sit for awhile to make sure they were seated. Can you tell me what needs to come off to get the rear valve cover off again and the proper way to adjust the rockers.
