Transmission or Computer Problem

I have a 2000 Olds Shiloutte that is the same as the Venture van. 3.4v6 with about 164000miles. Van runs out great with no problems. The problem we have is the Transmission ever once in awhile will start shifting hard, like it has a shift kit in it. Also it will start making a whinning sound. I service the Trans about a month ago including the fliter change. Most of the time it runs and shifts normal. Now the ABS and the TCS light has come on and won't go off. Also when it starts to shift hard, if you have it in Park and rev the motor to around 3-4rpm it wants to miss. Its like it has a rev limiter. So I wonder if it could be a bad Computer problem or a ground issue to the Computer. Any thoughts?

IDK but my 2000 Venture has 133,000 miles and I'm not expecting the tranny to last another 31,000 miles. It was in bad shape before the last trans fluid change and makes a constant quiet gear wine now.

Shifts fine

Our van shifts fine when you first start up and drive. But as you get into more stop and go traffic is when it starts to act up. It starts shifting hard like it has a shift kit in it and starts making a whining sounds like it's out of fuild. The ABS light is on and won't go off even if you manually try it with the switch. Air bag light is on too. So I wonder if its a computer problem. Having the computer not in sink with the motor and/or have a ground short problem. IT has now 160k miles but the inside is like new.
