Transmission Fluid Pouring out Bottom near the Pan

I was driving and all of a sudden the van wouldn't move, just the engine rev. I got out and all the transmission fluid was pouring out the bottom of the van. I got it towed home and was told it could have something to do with the transmission filter so I changed it, poured more fluid in and as soon as I turned the van on, it all poured out again. I took a picture of it, could someone please tell me what they think is going on?

If you're saying that it wasn't leaking with the engine off, but was while the engine is running then I'd start looking at places where transmission fluid is under pressure, such as the cooling lines for a start.

Oh, and...welcome, Tyron!
