The U.S Postal Service Released These Awesome Chevy Truck Stamps
You may think there are more exciting things to collect than U.S Mail post stamps, but when you see this “Pickup Trucks Forever” collection, you’ll most likely change your mind.
You’re looking at the newest collection of post stamps released by the United States Post Office, and they feature none other than a lovely 1953 Chevrolet pickup truck, which looks incredible in light yellow and with the iconic chromed fenders, grille and even white sidewall tires with color-matched hub inserts.
Now, I’d love to say that the kind folks at the Postal service are primary Chevy fans and only released Chevy truck stamps, but they’re not, they also released stamps featuring a gorgeous 1965 Ford F-100, and a 1948 Ford F-1 green farm truck. Oh, and can’t forget about the 1938 International Harvester D-2 red truck.
A complete book of 20 stamps of this collection will set you back about $9.60 bucks, which breaks down to .47 cents per stamp. Not bad considering the cool artwork and flamboyant character of these iconic trucks.
