Check the universal joints though they usually clunk from my experience. After that maybe the pinion bearings? But the differential will have to be opened up to check those.

Dear Jkisul, Like burnheadge said. Be careful of output spline shaft count. 4l80 (32 splines) and 4l60 (29 splines) have different spline counts.
