Sale Pending
Well, I suppose all good things must come to an end. I put my 2004 Silverado on Craig's List last night and have received about thirty calls so far. One guy came to test-drive it and wanted it "on Tuesday" - but would not leave a deposit. Someone else is coming in 15 minutes to look at it and two more are scheduled for this afternoon. One guy said he wanted to buy it sight unseen. Wow! They come out of the woodwork........but cash in hand takes it home.
I figured it would take at least two weeks to sell it. No idea that Craig's List would be so effective. The only thing I ever sold on there before was some living room furniture.
I'll know by tomorrow whether it sold or not. I love this forum and there are a lot of good people on here.
