Default equinox A/C

New here and need a little help---have a 2012 equinox--4 cyl. A/c is starting to blow warm--first start up this morning backing out of garage was nice and cool---further we drove it got less effecient---to the point of it barely getting cool---87 degrees out and it is blowing 70 out the vents on high--pressures are 30 on low side---250 high side. need a little guidance---as to the possibilities of expansion valve having dirt in it or blend door not working righ as with other GM products--thanks

This sounds like a stuck or faulty heater circuit valve. There's a pipeline from the engine coolant system that goes up to a heat ex-changer in the air conditioning duct. There's a valve that regulates how much hot coolant flows in this circuit, and if that valve sticks open or its actuating linkage is broken, the system will be on hot, hot or hot - No matter what you do with the controls. The fact that it blows cold air before warming up to Op Temp would seem to suggest this.
