Default 1974 G10 questions

Hi All,
I recently got a 1974 GMC G10 van. In remarkable shape for 40 years old. I'm just starting to look into modifications. Does anyone know if the front and rear suspension are basically interchangeable between a G10 van and a C10 truck?
I want to lower the van and can find lots of products for the C10 but none for the G10.
Also what might be the best upgrade for the TH350 if I want a 4 speed trans?
Thanks
Dave

Not sure on the suspension question, but the 700r4 tranny is a choice for hot rodders who want to add a 4 spd auto. Its vacuum controlled. You will likely need a new driveshaft too.
