Default Sluggish rear blower motor

I have 2002 1500 express Explorer Conversion van. The rear blower takes up to 30 minutes to come on. I don't even know where the blower motor is located! I am sure there is a resistor in the system somewhere. I assume that is he place t start. I have not checked anything yet, I don't want to pull unnecessary thing apart.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you,
bluegold

Try searching the threads. I remember some one posting on how changing a resistor fixed his issue and he mentioned where it was....
