Help!!!

I just got a navigation radio (Came out of a 08 Tahoe) and I installed it in my 08 Chevy silverado. Everything seem to work but the radio will not turn up as loud as my other factory radio. Even the on star is real low. What do I do? is this a program issue? I need some help please.
