Default Welded bolt

I have a 93 Silverado c2500, and the previous owner welded a bolt onto the power steering pully. I've tried heating the bolt up and prying off the pully, but it won't budge. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is it actually welded, or brazed? If it's welded, I'd say not only is there a balance problem, but you are looking at replacing it.

It's welded not brazed, and I have the replacement pully, I just can't get the old one off.

pictures would help

any reason why you can't grind off the weld?
once you get it off, you will probably find out why he welded it on...and will need another new part.

I'd recommend replacing the unit.
