1000 private cash on dealer trade?

1000 private cash on dealer trade?
on the form it says from dealer stock. if my dealer gets the car from another dealer does that count as dealer stock? i assumed the coupon was meant to not be for special order cars.
id hate to have to ditch my current dealer and drive far to the guy that has the car but 1000 bucks is well worth a few hours drive
edit: the answer is yes, the dealer took it and they dont even care about it since it's not their money. i made a great deal!
