What's the general consensus for good "bang-for-the-buck" all season radials these days?

215-60-16

The local guy says Mastercraft Strategy (Cooper) is a good choice?

My wife read in consumer reports that they rated Yokahama Avid T
as one of the best all season - good prices too.
