Default 99 Lumina parking brake

Hello,
The parking brake on my 99 Lumina is not working correctly. When I press the pedal down, it does not lock into the park position. The brake itself works just fine, I just can't get it to stay engaged.
I looked under the dash at the top of the parking brake pedal assembly, and noticed the lever that is supposed to stop the teeth from moving is not set in the position needed to grab the teeth. I manually pushed the lever over and it held the brake in place. I'm thinking there is a spring that has broken that is supposed to push that lever onto the teeth.
Does anyone have access to an exploded view of the parking brake assembly, so I can try to figure what is wrong?
Thanks in advance.
