82 K20 NV4500 swap

82 K20 NV4500 swap
ok guys. just joined here as I am starting to research a swap we are gonna be doing this winter. So heres the background.
I recently found a 1982 K20 truck. Thought it would be a great truck to take to the farm eveyday so i bought it. $2000 seemed like a good deal. Its a great running solid truck that has already had many changes.
Original truck:
K20 6.2L diesel and not sure on tranny
regular cab 4x4
Truck as it sits now:
K20 with carb 350sbc and 400turbo
regular cab flat bed
dually rear end (i believe has to be a 10 bolt?) correct me if im wrong
still 4x4
Just so happens I have a 94 chevy 3500 extend cab long bed 6.2L NV4500 hydraulic clutch truck sitting at home waiting to part out or strip and junk
SO! from what i have read already everything should swap fairly well besides the clutch pedal assembly being the hardest part. Is there anything that wont work with these two trucks? Driveshafts? (since the donor truck is extend cab) Bellhousing?

Nice truck! If you were ever looking to sell it I would be interested. I had one just like this but it was the original setup. "6.2, th400" CUCV. Did you ever finish the nv4500 swap. I'm looking into that right now on a k20 suburban.
