Post code 300 problem (random misfire)

this is my second chevy blazer, its a 98 4wd,v6. i got it as a work truck and drove it out to charleston sc and its been a hassle figuring out what the problem is. On the way my service engine light came on, ever since then when i accelerate i get to 10 mph and the blazer starts to rumble (like its trying to suck in fuel as I'm driving) then i let go and accelerate some more and its fine. Then i get to 25 mph and it does the same thing and after that its fine. i went to auto zone and got the code, since then I've replaced the spark plugs, spark plug wiring, the vacuum hoses all i have left for that code is the fuel injector or the fuel pump. I'm hoping that i can find someone who has had this same problem so i can narrow it down to one last fix, any help is greatly appreciated thank you to all who have info
