Sluggish 4.3 throttle response
Our 2000 blazer at times will have no response to throttle input. This is always with a warm engine. Starts, idles fine. Will finally clear and accelerate proper. Sometimes a slight amount of response but again will clear. We don't dare attempt to pull out into fast moving traffic. Fuel pump is new, pressure is fine. Maybe MAF sensor or Throttle Pos. Sensor or???? Thanks

Not to be rude but did you check the pressure? I own a "W" vin 4.3L and a common thing is a bad Fuel Filter especially if it is the original one. (If it is rusted on take it to a shop cause you dont want to damage the fuel lines). it could be the EGR valve, try and remove it spray throttle body cleaner to clean it. Try and spray the throttle body too. run the car at 1K RPM and spray it with the cleaner for a minute. Also sounds stupid but check you air filter. Now this is just the less expensive solutions. it still could be all of what you you said or just need a tune up (Plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and so on)
