How-To: Homemade Clear Corners.(please read through before attempting)
So you have stock headlights on your blazer that look like this:

You want clear corners but dont want to pay for them (well duh, no one wants to pay for them). Well this is the mod for you, because thismod only costs about $5.00 , maybe free if you have some kind of sealant and spare bulbs around your house.

Here is the finished product.

The process is very simple. All you do is remove the amber reflector from the headlight assembly.

How It's Done:

Step one: -Remove your headlights. Remove the 4 metal clips holding the clear plastic to the reflective plastic on each headlight assembly-
I'm assuming that if you are going to attempt this mod, you will be able to remove the grill assembly, the headlights, and the metal clips; but just incase, heres a some pics.
Remove these two screws above the right headlight then remove the other two abought the left headlight. The grill assembly will now only be held held in with 4 clips, and should come loose with a good tug.

Remove these two screws behind the metal brackets, and the headlight should come loose. Do the same to the left headlight.

Step two:-Preheat your oven to 300 degrees-
Yes, This probobly doesnt sound like a good idea, but you will be sticking your headlights (one at a time) into your oven. Don't worry, it wont stink up your house or ruin your headlights.I would suggest that you do this when your wife/girlfriend/mom isnt around lol. If you are afraid that this is too much, feel free to try it at 175, but dont expect it to come loose.

Step three: -Place one headlight in the oven. Let it bake for 5 minutes. Pull headlight out of the oven. Using a flat-head screwdriver, try to pry the headlight apart. If it doesn't begin to seperate easily, do not try to force it. Doing so may may crackyour headlight assembly. Place the headlight back into the oven for another 3 minutes and try again. Repeat the process until the plastic peices seperate easily.The goal is to heat up the sealant between the clear plastic and the reflective plastic just enough that it becomes stretchy; that way you will be ablepry the headlight openand pull out that amber triangle.

Step four: -repeat step three with other headlight.

Step five:- scape out old sealant from both headlights-
Tedious, yet simple.

Step six:- Reseal hedlights with caulking (vulkum works great). Pretty much any general use caulk will work. Use a small bead, because you dont want it to ooze on the inside of your headlight assembly.That would look ghetto. Put the metal clips back on to hold the headlight together while the caulk drys so it will be a nice tight seal.If you dont like the look of the headlight without the triangle, You can buy clear triangles. Ive seen them online but dont remember where( link someone?)

Step seven:- Replace existing bulbs with amber bulbs, and reinstall headlights-
<Edit> Actually you will not have to re-aim you headlights, although it may be a good idea.

Tools needed:
-Screwdriver
-Caulking gun
-Oven
- Sockets to remove headlights and grill

Materials:
-Caulk
-Amber bulbs
-Clear triangles (optional)

This procedure will probobly work with other types of headlights, but i have never tried it with other headlights. Enjoy your clear corners!
