so yeah, i think im set on the older model diesel for sure. i was going to get gas and just put a 250 straight 6 in it. but this seems so much more efficient.
yeah i have loved every blazer iv'e ever had...the are fun easy to work on and with enough love and money can be very realiable...if you were living down the street i would give you a 6.2 to work on for free...i have one in my garage with an aftermarket turbo that is just taking up space....

lol thats freakin' sweet. i actually though of making it a turbo. like the 250-- 6 ive heard some awesome build stories.
if i get one though ill just make it an awesome driver. ac, deluxe seats, low gears. if i had a turbo, i think i'd come down with a sevear case of lead-foot XD

you can have the engine minus the turbo!

where are you located @
1982 6.2 diesel k5 blazer

I've owned it for 7 years and driven it daily. Still runs good. Never lifted. Everything works!

Asking $3500.

Default Diesel K5

Depends on the engine...Adding 10 Petrol to veg oil will HALF its thickness - but doesnt change its viscosity.Yes, it will run on this mixture, I think it will run ok as it is, but you will be down on power, adding veg oil wont bring the power level back up much...Better off diluting with more Dino Diesel. _______________________________________Website I designed for loan till payday company.
