Default 93 Astro running rich? help!!

Hi

i have had my a 93 TBi astro off the road for nearly 6 months now

been having real troubles getting it sorted, and found your forum so maybe someone can help me

atm its running far too rich, black smoke and heavy fuel usuage

so far what has been replaced:

new distributor whole unit including cap, rotor arm

electric system, plugs, leads

fuel system checked, pressure is right, injectors replaced, pressure regulator diaphram replaced and new coolant switch

oxygen sensor has been checked with multimeter and is ok

any ideas to why its still running so rich??

Do you have any codes? Have you checked the timing? Could it be the PCM? How many miles are on this vehicle?

PCM is power train control module, in other words the computer!
I have a 93 Safari with 205,000 miles on it. It is more dependable then my 2000 Astro!
