what module is setting the code?
Is the speedo working?
Any issue with the gps?
the radio and cluster get a speed signal from the pcm on the same wire. if the speedo in the cluster is working you should check the wire in question for continuity. dark green/white wire connector 2 pin e at the radio and c1 pin 39 at the ecm
