Default 06 chevy 1500 electrical problem

I have a bagged and bodied 06 chevy 1500 crew cab, I had to extend my wiring harness and I did everything correctly and everything is hooked back up. When I turn the key and pull it out of the ignition my rear dome light, third brake light, and my gauges all stay on. Also when we sound the horn my hazards lights will go off. Another thing all of my windows work but when go to lock my doors only the front locks will lock. The truck will crank I just need to re run my fuel lines so everything on the motor is good. If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

It would appear that some of the wires are crossed. It may be difficult, but you need to retrace your steps and make sure all are hooked up correctly.

I retraced all my wires and double checked and I'm still having constant power to my rear dome light and third brake light.
