With a detail job this would be a brand new truck.

That would be a cool "new" old truck to have; but I would be concerned about seals, gaskets, etc., etc., with something that sat so long. The tires are probably dry-rotted and will need replaced.
Nothing that a competent technician could not diagnose & fix, though.
