Default 1992 5.7 1500, 4x4 Stalls when Idle

Hey guys,
I have a 92 Chevy 1500, that stalls out everytime we it comes to a stop, in the drive or reverse. I put it in neutral and it doesnt stall at all.
otherwise the engine runs great when the truck is actually driving no issues at all, only when it Idle's. Ive changed the spark plugs, fuel filter, brought it to a local Licensed mechanic and he said he could not figure it out and that I shoul take it to the Chev dealer here in town.
Does anyone have any idea of what this could be?

It sounds like it could maybe be a vacum hose leak not totally sure but its another cheap place to look, but id hope your mechanic would have looked for something like that. but it never hurts to double check

I agree with that assesment.

Hook up a vacuum gauge and read THIS.
