I have a 96 Silverado 5.7 that is not starting, new fuel sending unit and pump i have put a fuel pressure guage on the line and i'm getting great pressure there, i checked to see if i'm getting fire and i'm not getting a lot very little... Plugs and wires are fairly new... Any ideas???

Try either the distributor cap or rotor. If not either of those, you may have a bad distributor, but those are expensive so maybe it will be one of the first two. Reason I say that is that recently someone I know had a truck with a 5.7 liter that lost fire going over a hill and died. When he finally got stopped, it would not start back for anything. Wound up being the rotor. As I said, try one or both of those and tell me how it goes.
