Question 96 suburban won't start

Fuel Pump pressure within spec. Will not start with either. Tries to start but won't. Replaced ignition control module. started once but not again. Remove fuel lines from manifold and soaked with fuel injection cleaner. Don't know how to tell if the injectors are actually pumping fuel. When It did run idle was rough and when you pressed the accelerator the engine died. Was very difficult to start. Battery was shot so I just put a battery in. Wanted to read codes but doubt there are any stored since battery has been dead for a while.

Any help appreciated.

Replaced cap and rotor. Still won't start. Did leak down test on fuel system and it passed. Suspect the fuel injectors are not working.

Removed upper plenum and think fuel injectors are clogged. trying to clean now.

Will it run if you poor some gas down the throttle body?

yes, it will run with either as long as you keep putting it thru the throttle body. As soon as you stop it dies.

You need a test light, while cranking to see if your getting voltage to the injectors.
